Mark van der Heijden and Philine Kok are partners in life and business, united by a shared mission to elevate business for good and cultivate conscious leadership in rhythm with life. Their collaboration brings together strategic vision, global perspective, embodied wisdom, sacred union, joy and heart-centered leadership.
Mark is the founder of Conscious 500, a global network connecting 500 conscious leaders who are committed to creating positive impact through business. With experience spanning 60+ countries across 7 continents, and speaking engagements including TEDx, SXSW, Cannes Lions, and the United Nations, Mark creates spaces where conscious leadership, truth, presence, creativity, and real-world impact meet.
Philine is co-founder of Conscious 500, weaving ancient wisdom, natural intelligence, and embodied feminine leadership into modern leadership spaces. Through ritual, presence, and deep connection to the body and the earth, she supports leaders in reconnecting with intuition, emotion alchemy, embodiment, and inner authority.
Together, Mark and Philine have hosted Symbiosis Ibiza 2024, Symbiosis Egypt 2025, Genesis Portugal 2026, alongside the full range of Conscious 500 gatherings worldwide.
Once a year we gather in Symbiosis
Symbiosis is our annual week-long event. This is the most powerful, inspiring, life-changing gathering we have. It’s designed to create symbiotic relationships with each other, the land, our consciousness, business, local culture and the evolution of humanity.
The first Symbiosis was on Ibiza (2024), then we went to Egypt (2025), and our next edition will be in Mexico (2026).
