These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Conscious 500 Membership, operated by "Conscious 500," "we," "us," or "our". By becoming a member of Conscious 500, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before joining.

1.1 One Mission

1.1.1 Purpose: Conscious 500 is dedicated to the mission of elevating business for good by uniting 500 Conscious Leaders as One. This mission entails creating a community where members stand on equal grounds, sharing their best resources, insights, and opportunities to foster both business and consciousness growth collectively.

1.1.2 Shared Commitment: By joining Conscious 500, members express their commitment to this shared mission of fostering a business environment grounded in consciousness and collaboration. This commitment underscores the understanding that all members are equal contributors to the community's purpose.

1.1.3 Collective Growth: The mission of Conscious 500 emphasizes the importance of collective growth, where members collaborate and support each other's endeavors to enhance both personal and professional development. Members recognize that by contributing to the collective, they are contributing to their own growth as well.

1.1.4 Resource Sharing: Central to our mission is the belief in sharing resources, insights, and opportunities among members. This includes but is not limited to knowledge sharing, networking opportunities, and collaborative projects aimed at fostering positive change in business practices and consciousness.

1.1.5 Commitment to Unity: By joining Conscious 500, members commit to working towards the unity of the community and the fulfillment of its mission. This commitment extends to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where all members feel valued and respected.

1.1.6 Alignment with Key Values: The mission of Conscious 500 aligns with the Key Values of the community, including speaking one's truth, giving and receiving with grace, gratitude, and celebration, and honoring the sacredness of all beings and experiences.

1.1.7 Continuous Improvement: Conscious 500 is committed to continuously improving and evolving its mission to best serve its members and the broader community. This commitment includes regular assessments and adjustments to ensure alignment with the evolving needs and aspirations of the community.

1.1.8 Acknowledgment: By becoming a member of Conscious 500, you acknowledge and agree to uphold the mission and values outlined in this section. You understand that your participation in the community contributes to the collective effort of elevating business for good.

2. Membership

2.1. Membership Fee: Members agree to pay a monthly membership fee of €99 (incl VAT) or an annual fee of €1111 (incl VAT), depending on their chosen plan. Payment is processed automatically through Stripe.

2.2. Right to Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time before the end of the current billing period, provided cancellation is requested before the start of the new month by sending an email to mark@conscious500.com

2.3. Non-Payment

If a member fails to make timely payments for their membership fees, Conscious 500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate their membership. However, the member remains obligated to pay for the months during which services were utilized, even if payment was not successfully processed. Membership privileges may be reinstated upon payment of any outstanding fees.

2.4. Membership Agreement: By becoming a member, you agree to uphold the following Key Values of Conscious 500:

• Give and Receive: We believe in the frequency of abundance and practice the art of giving and receiving with grace and gratitude.

2.5. IMPACT Guidelines: Members agree to adhere to the following IMPACT Guidelines in their interactions within the Conscious 500 community:

• Interdependence: Recognize and honor the interconnectedness of all members.

• Magic: Embrace transformative experiences and positive change.

• Presence: Be fully present and engaged in interactions within the community.

• Awareness: Cultivate self-awareness and sensitivity to the needs of others.

• Consent: Respect the boundaries and consent of fellow members.

• Truth: Communicate truthfully and authentically, with integrity and honesty.

2.5. Respectful Communication: Members are expected to communicate respectfully with each other. Avoid projecting emotions onto others and seek consent before sharing personal information.

3. Privacy

3.1. Confidentiality: Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the Conscious 500 community.

3.2. Data Protection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

4. Termination

4.1. Termination by Conscious 500: We reserve the right to terminate a member's access to Conscious 500 if they violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the community.

4.2. Termination by Member: Members may cancel their membership at any time, as outlined in section 2.2.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Non-Responsibility Clause: Conscious 500 shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, disagreements, or challenges arising between members or between members and third parties. Members acknowledge that participation in the community is at their own risk, and Conscious 500 disclaims any responsibility for the actions, conduct, or outcomes of its members and the organisation.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Dutch laws.

6.2. Amendments: Conscious 500 reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through the Conscious 500 website.
