Introduction

Conscious 500 is on a mission to Elevate Business for Good. Symbiosis is our annual gathering where we bring together Conscious Leaders for a transformative week to empower conscious leadership. Thank you for co-creating a more beautiful world together.

Article 1: Definitions

  • Organizer: Conscious 500

  • Participant: Individual registering to participate in Symbiosis Egypt

  • Facilitator: Individual hosting or co-hosting a session at Symbiosis Egypt

  • Symbiosis Egypt: The annual Conscious 500 event, this year taking place from November 10th to November 16th, 2025, at Ardi Dashur Retreat Center, Egypt.

Article 2: Registration and Payment

Registration

Participants agree to register for Symbiosis Egypt by completing the official registration form provided by the Organizer.

Ticket Options and Prices

Members’ Rate:

  • Private Room (Single Bed, 1 person): €3,400 per person

  • Double Room (Shared Bed, 2 people): €2,900 per person

  • Shared Room (Single Bed, 2 people): €2,900 per person

  • Shared Room (Single Bed, 3 people): €2,700 per person

  • Dorm Room (Single Bed, 4 people): €2,500 per person

Non-Members’ Rate (15% surcharge):

  • Private Room (Single Bed, 1 person): €3,900 per person

  • Double Room (Shared Bed, 2 people): €3,300 per person

  • Shared Room (Single Bed, 2 people): €3,300 per person

  • Shared Room (Single Bed, 3 people): €3,100 per person

  • Dorm Room (Single Bed, 4 people): €2,900 per person

Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe or Direct Bank Transfer.

All tickets are non-refundable.

Article 3: Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance (including medical, cancellation, and emergency coverage).

Cancellation by Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel Symbiosis Egypt due to insufficient participants, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Participants will receive a full refund of payments made within 45 days of the event start date.

Article 4: Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage that occurs during Symbiosis Egypt unless directly caused by deliberate misconduct or extreme negligence of the Organizer.

Participants are fully responsible for:

  • Obtaining valid passports and visas in accordance with Egyptian entry requirements.

  • Conducting their own research regarding visa rules, nationality-specific requirements, and travel restrictions.

  • Conscious 500 is not responsible or liable for participants’ visa or passport issues, including denied entry into Egypt.

Article 5: Event Description

Symbiosis Egypt is a 5-day initiatory program on Conscious Leadership, rooted in the wisdom of Ma’at, taking place from November 10th to November 16th, 2025.

  • Location: Ardi Dashur Retreat Center, Dashur, Egypt

  • Program Dates: November 11th – November 15th, 2025 (5 days)

  • Accommodation Dates: Arrival from 3 PM on November 10th, 2025; Departure before 11 AM on November 16th, 2025 (6 nights)

The program includes:

  • Conscious Leadership activations

  • Sacred site visits (including private access to the Sphinx & Valley Temple)

  • Embodiment practices, workshops, meditations, and ceremonies

  • Music, movement, and community connection

External Facilitators and guest speakers will join to share expertise and empower participants with practical tools for conscious leadership.

Article 6: Non-Responsibility Clause

Conscious 500 shall not be held liable for disputes, disagreements, or challenges arising between Participants or between Participants and third parties.

Article 7: Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law: Dutch laws apply.

  • Amendments: Conscious 500 reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms.
