Introduction

Conscious 500 is on a mission to Elevate Business for Good.

Genesis Portugal is an immersive, initiatory gathering designed to support conscious leaders in embodying aligned leadership, deep connection, and regenerative impact.

By joining Genesis Portugal, participants step into a co-creative field dedicated to presence, responsibility, and collective evolution. Thank you for being part of this journey.

Article 1: Definitions

  • Organizer: Conscious 500

  • Participant: Any individual registering to participate in Conscious 500 Genesis Portugal

  • Facilitator: Any individual hosting or co-hosting a session, ceremony, workshop, or experience during Genesis Portugal

  • Genesis Portugal: A Conscious 500 in-person leadership immersion taking place in Portugal, from 21st until 22nd of March 2026 as described on the official landing page:

    www.conscious500.com/genesis

Article 2: Registration & Payment

Registration

Participants must complete the official registration process via the Conscious 500 platform. Registration is only confirmed once full payment (or an agreed payment plan, if applicable) has been received.

Ticket Options & Pricing

All ticket types, room options, inclusions, and pricing for Genesis Portugal are listed on the official landing page and form an integral part of these Terms:

Pricing may differ for:

  • Conscious 500 Members

  • Non-Members

  • Room type and occupancy

Payment

  • Payments are processed via Stripe, Luma or Direct Bank Transfer.

  • All tickets are non-refundable.

  • Prices are listed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.

Article 3: Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellation

  • All tickets are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstance.

  • Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including:

    • Medical coverage

    • Trip cancellation

    • Emergency evacuation

Cancellation by Organizer

Conscious 500 reserves the right to cancel Genesis Portugal due to:

  • Insufficient participant numbers

  • Force majeure (including but not limited to natural events, political instability, pandemics)

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control

In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of payments made, issued within 45 days of the scheduled event start date. No additional compensation will be provided.

Article 4: Liability

Participation in Genesis Portugal is entirely voluntary.

Conscious 500 shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or harm sustained during the event, unless directly caused by deliberate misconduct or gross negligence of the Organizer.

Participants are fully responsible for:

  • Their physical, emotional, and mental well-being

  • Making informed decisions regarding participation in activities

  • Following local laws, venue rules, and facilitator guidance

Genesis Portugal may include physical movement, emotional processes, and deep introspective experiences. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

Article 5: Travel, Documents & Legal Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring valid passports and travel documents

  • Complying with Portuguese entry requirements

  • Understanding visa rules applicable to their nationality

Conscious 500 is not liable for denied entry, travel disruptions, or documentation issues.

Article 6: Event Description

Conscious 500 Genesis Portugal is a multi-day immersive experience focused on conscious leadership, embodiment, presence, and relational intelligence.

Details including:

  • Dates

  • Location

  • Accommodation

  • Program structure

  • Inclusions

are defined on the official landing page and may include:

  • Leadership activations and facilitated journeys

  • Embodiment practices, workshops, ceremonies, and meditations

  • Music, movement, and communal experiences

  • Guest facilitators and contributors aligned with Conscious 500 values

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the program flow, facilitators, or content while preserving the integrity of the experience.

Article 7: Non-Responsibility Clause

Conscious 500 is not responsible for:

  • Disputes between participants

  • Conflicts between participants and facilitators

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

Participants agree to engage with maturity, respect, and personal accountability.

Article 8: Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Dutch law

  • Amendments: Conscious 500 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time
