Symbiosis ‘24 Terms

Introduction:

Conscious 500 is on a mission to Elevate Business for Good. Symbiosis is our annual event where we bring together Conscious Leaders for a week to empower conscious leadership. Thank you for co-creating a more beautiful world together.

Article 1: Definitions

  • Organizer: Conscious 500

  • Participant: Individual registering to participate in Symbiosis

  • Facilitator: Individual joining Symbiosis for hosting a Session

  • Symbiosis: The annual Conscious 500 event, this year taking place from June 10th to June 16th, 2024 on Ibiza.

Article 2: Registration and Payment

  • Registration: Participants agree to register for Symbiosis by completing the registration form provided by the Organizer.

  • Ticket Options and Prices:

    • Symbiosis Ticket: €1400 (ex VAT) / €1694 (incl. VAT)

    • Glamping: €559 (ex VAT) / €666 (incl. VAT)

    • Main House Shared Room: €595 (ex VAT) / €720 (incl. VAT)

    • Main House Single Room: €1190 (ex VAT) / €1440 (incl. VAT)

  • Payment is via Stripe or Direct Bank Transfer.

Article 3: Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant:

    • More than 4 weeks before the start of Symbiosis: No cancellation fee.

    • Within 4 weeks before the start of Symbiosis: 50% of the total cost.

    • Within 3 weeks before the start of Symbiosis: 75% of the total cost.

    • Within 2 weeks before the start of Symbiosis: 100% of the total cost.

  • Cancellation by Organizer: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel Symbiosis due to insufficient participants, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of any payments made within 45 days after the start of Symbiosis.

Article 4: Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any harm or damage that occurs during Symbiosis unless it is directly caused by the Organizer deliberately acting wrongly or extremely carelessly.

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining adequate travel and cancellation insurance.

Article 5: Event Description

  • Symbiosis is a week-long event focused on empowering Conscious Leadership, taking place from June 10th to June 16th, 2024.

  • Symbiosis Location: Buenro Base Ibiza, Diseminado P 19 N S Jesus, 192, 07849 Jesus, Balearic Islands, Spain.

  • Program Dates: June 11th - June 15th, 2024 (5 days)

  • Accommodation Dates: Arrival from 3 PM on June 10th, 2024, Departure before 11 AM on June 16th, 2024 (6 nights)

  • The program includes daily activities aligned with the elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Aether, designed to embody Conscious Leadership within each other, and as a collective, to grow our consciousness and businesses together.

  • Besides Participants there are also external Facilitators joining Symbiosis to share sessions that empower conscious leadership.

Article 6: Non-Responsibility Clause

  • Conscious 500 shall not be liable for any damages, disputes, disagreements, or challenges arising between Participants or between Participants and third parties.

Article 7: Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law: Dutch laws apply.

  • Amendments: Conscious 500 reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms.
